David Dow has extensive experience in geographic information systems and urban planning. Currently serving as GIS Coordinator for the City of Shafter since October 2006, David has developed expertise in spatial analysis and geospatial technology. Prior to this role, David worked as an Associate Planner for Special Projects with the City of Bakersfield from June 1998 to October 2005, where responsibilities included project management and planning initiatives. David's educational background includes attendance at Highland High School.
