Rick Cortes has served as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Seguin, Texas, since September 2006. Prior to this role, Cortes was the Fiscal Planning Manager at the City of San Antonio from 1997 to 2005. Rick holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.
