Rick Dimmer is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Contract Analyst and Field Enforcement Representative at the City of Seattle since April 2016, where the role involves administering, monitoring, and enforcing the Community Workforce Agreement. In addition, Rick Dimmer is the Founder and Executive Director of R3 Community Services, established in January 2015, which focuses on removing barriers to employment for underserved populations to promote the placement of qualified workers and foster sustainable careers.
