Morgan Rowland is a legal professional with diverse experience in contract administration and legal counsel. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at DASNY since June 2019, Morgan also holds the position of Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Schenectady since August 2017. Additionally, Morgan has worked as a Law Clerk at Shenker Russo & Clark LLP since January 2016, where responsibilities include conducting legal research and engaging with legislative members. Prior experience includes serving as an NCAA Compliance Intern at the University at Albany, assisting Division 1 athletes with eligibility and NCAA rules. Morgan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Albany Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Le Moyne College.
