Amber Neuls has extensive experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as the Information Technology Business Solutions Manager and previously in roles such as Business Relationship Manager and Programmer Analyst at the City of Saskatoon since February 2013. Prior to this, Amber worked as a Cobol Programmer and EDI Specialist at Applied Industrial Technologies from September 2004 to January 2012. Amber holds a Certificate/Diploma in Computer Information Systems from SIAST Palliser Campus, completed between 2001 and 2003.
