Ivy Chang, LCSW, CPST, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social work and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Senior Administrative Analyst and Acting Youth & Families Administrator for the City of Santa Monica since May 2018, Ivy previously held the position of Early Head Start Health Services Manager at Venice Family Clinic from 2006 to 2018. Ivy's foundation in social work includes clinical internships at Providence Saint John's Health Center and Venice Family Clinic, as well as experience as a Children's Case Manager at OPCC. Ivy's educational background features a Master of Social Work from Smith College, a Head Start Management Fellowship from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Global Literature from Grinnell College.
