Vince Czarnowski is an experienced accountant currently employed by the City of Santa Fe since October 2021. Prior to this role, Vince served as a business manager at Human Capital Media from September 2003 to June 2020. Vince holds an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern Business College.
