Timothy Farrell is an experienced property development and asset management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Property Development Manager for the City of Santa Fe since December 2022, Timothy also holds the position of Managing Director at Barcelona Advisors LC since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Timothy was the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Gemini Rosemont Commercial Realty from August 2008 to December 2020, and the Senior Vice President at Joseph P Day Realty from August 1990 to July 2008, focusing on asset management and commercial tenant representation. Timothy holds a degree from Providence College.
