Ryan Cullom is an experienced professional with a diverse background in airport operations and photography. Currently serving as a Senior Airport Operations/Communications Specialist for the City of Santa Barbara since November 2019, Ryan conducts airfield inspections and monitors access control and CCTV. Additionally, Ryan has been a volunteer photographer for the Ventura County Fire Department since October 2017, capturing events and significant incidents like the Thomas Fire of 2017. As a contract photographer for Noozhawk since January 2009 and with RLC Photography since 2000, Ryan specializes in documenting emergency situations. Previously, Ryan worked as a Regional Account Manager for Foothill Communications, managing accounts for the Central Coast of California. Ryan holds an Associate of Arts degree in Journalism from Santa Barbara City College.
