Rick Fulmer has extensive experience in public works management, currently serving as Streets Manager for the City of Santa Barbara since September 2004. Fulmer's responsibilities include overseeing the street sweeping program, graffiti abatement, and various street and sidewalk maintenance projects. In addition to this role, Fulmer has been actively involved with the Maintenance Superintendents Association in Los Angeles and Orange Areas, holding various leadership positions since 2004. Prior experience includes serving as Public Works Supervisor for the City of Carpinteria, where key tasks involved managing contracts and maintenance for sidewalk replacement, street sweeping, and traffic signals. Fulmer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Coast University and is a graduate of Redwood High School.
