Christopher Gutierrez, MPA, currently serves as the Public Works Manager for the City of San Marino since November 2021. Prior to this role, Christopher held various positions in the City of Azusa from September 2009 to November 2021, including Facilities Manager, Public Works Maintenance Lead, and Public Works Maintenance Worker. Christopher's academic background includes a Master of Public Administration from Azusa Pacific University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, and an Associate of Science from Citrus College. Education was completed at Bishop Amat Memorial High School.
