Kirk Abbott, P.E. has a diverse engineering background, with experience in managing infrastructure projects for both the City of San Marcos and AECOM. Kirk has also worked on water quality monitoring projects for the City of Racine and provided water resource analysis and design for development projects at WSP Group. Kirk holds a Master of Science in Water and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey.
