Melissa Chen is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in database management and enterprise technology. Currently serving as the Enterprise Technology Manager for the City of San José since February 2005, Melissa has previously held positions including Enterprise Database Manager, DBA Manager, and Oracle DBA/PeopleSoft Administrator. Prior to joining the City of San José, Melissa worked as an Oracle DBA for the City of New York from July 2001 to December 2004. Melissa holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Science degree from Tongji University, as well as a high school diploma from The Affiliated High School of South China Normal University.
