Megan White is an accomplished executive assistant with extensive experience in supporting high-level executives. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to Mayor Matt Mahan at the City of San José since January 2023, White previously held the position of Executive Assistant at Bloom Energy from August 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group from October 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities included planning large-scale events and coordinating executive meetings. White began their career in a short-term role as an Administrative Coordinator at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group in 2014, assisting with online marketing strategies and scheduling. White holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University Irvine, earned between 2011 and 2015.
