Art Z. currently serves as the IT Systems Administrator/IT Manager for the City of San Fernando, managing IT budgets and overseeing complex projects since April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Systems Integrator for the City of Beverly Hills from October 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included implementing eGov and ERP systems and managing the city's Business Disaster Recovery System. Art Z. also worked as a Managed IT Services Integrator and IT Support at The Digital Dentist from September 2013 to October 2016, and operated as a freelance IT Consultant from January 2002 to September 2013. Art Z. is pursuing a Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) degree from Rutgers University, expected to be completed between June 2024 and June 2025.
