David Moore is an experienced wastewater treatment professional with extensive background in plant operations. Currently serving as the Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Lead 3 at the City of San Clemente since August 2016, David previously held the position of Lead Wastewater Operator 3 at Veolia North America from May 2014 to February 2016, where responsibilities included operating a 25 mgd activated sludge wastewater plant and performing daily rounds. Earlier experience includes serving as an Operator for water and wastewater systems at Cal Fire from September 2007 to October 2011, where David operated a potable surface drinking water plant and managed a small wastewater treatment package plant. David has an educational background from Mt. San Jacinto College.
