Colleen O'Toole is currently the City Manager for the City of Saline, having previously held the same position at the City of Durand. With a background in operations, strategy consulting, and economic development, Colleen has also served in various leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director. Colleen holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from DePaul University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Miami University.
