Mirla Alvarez-Navarro serves as the Financial and Support Services Manager for the City of Salem since November 2017, previously holding the title of Management Analyst. Prior experience includes the role of Manager of Cost Analysis at GERBER from April 2016 to November 2017, and Cost Accounting Manager at NORPAC FOODS Inc from December 2013 to April 2016. Additionally, Mirla worked as a Senior Cost Accountant at ATI Wah Chang from August 2009 to December 2013. Academic credentials include a Certificate in Public Management from Willamette University (January 2021 - March 2022), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Oregon University (2007 - 2009), and attendance at Eastern Oregon University (2005 - 2007).
