Gretchen Bennett is currently working as a Homelessness Liaison/Human Rights Manager at City of Salem since February 2013. Prior to this, Gretchen served as the Executive Director at Liberty House from 2003 to January 2013. Gretchen also worked in the Planning and Policy team at Oregon Commission on Children and Families from 2000 to 2003. Gretchen started their career at Polk County Human Services, where Gretchen was part of the Polk County Commission on Children and Families from 1997 to 2000. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Lewis & Clark College, where Gretchen graduated in 1991. Gretchen also holds a high school diploma from Sprague High School.
