Scott Sicard has extensive experience in law enforcement, serving as a Patrol Sergeant for the City of Saco Police Department since February 1996. In addition to this role, Scott has held positions as a Firearms Instructor, Warrant Service Team Commander, and SWAT Operator. Scott is also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society since November 2020. Academic achievements include a Master of Public Administration from Purdue Global (2019-2021), a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Purdue Global (2017-2018), and an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement Technology from Southern Maine Community College (1988-1991).
