Joe Dover is the owner of Dover Tree Care LLC since July 2023. Additionally, Joe has been working as a laborer for the City of Royal Oak, MI since November 2017. Prior to these roles, Joe served as a foreman at JH Hart Urban Forestry, Inc. from August 1998 to November 2017. Joe completed education at Lamphere High School, graduating in 1997.
