Noelle Bakken is a Sustainability Specialist at the City of Roseville, MN, where responsibilities include implementing the Partners in Energy Program and the Roseville Energy Action Plan, engaging over 3000 households and 100 businesses in energy-saving initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Sedgwick from 2007 to 2021, where Noelle progressed from Claims Examiner I to Data Consultant, providing analysis and reporting for an average of 50-60 clients annually. Additionally, Noelle owned and operated Noelle Bakken Photography from 2011 to 2018. Noelle holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning with a focus on Environmental Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Fine Arts from St. Olaf College.
