James Berry is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and public service. As the founder of Sterling Signing & Notary LLC since January 2023, James provides premier Loan Signing & Notary Public services in the San Gabriel Valley. James has held a role as Showroom Specialist for the National Notary Association since February 2020 and serves as a Planning Commissioner and Traffic Commissioner for the City of Rosemead since October 2017. Previous management experience includes significant achievements as General Manager at Black Angus Steakhouse from 2004 to 2011, where James consistently exceeded sales and cost goals. Prior roles include Manager at Canoe House Ltd, Care Hospitalities, Inc., Charley Brown's, and Hungry Hunter Steakhouse, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales and operations management. James is an alumnus of John A. Rowland High School and Mt. San Antonio College.
