Elander Graham possesses extensive experience in transportation management, currently serving as the Director of Transportation for Rome City Schools since September 2019 and as Transportation Planning Manager. Elander also holds the position of Route Supervisor at City of Rome Transit since September 2016 and has been with City of Rome Georgia since January 2006, where roles have included Transit Service Coordinator and Route Supervisor. Elander began a career in transit with Southeastern Mills from June 1997 to May 2003. Elander holds an Associate's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Shorter University-College of Adult & Professional Programs, completed between 2007 and 2011.
