Gina Arnett, P.E. is a Senior Civil Engineer at the City of Rockville since May 2022, with extensive experience in water resources engineering. Prior to this role, Gina worked at Stantec from September 2012 to April 2022, focusing on stormwater management and hydraulic modeling. Gina also served as a LOMR Engineer, reviewing applications and analyzing hydrologic models. Previous experience includes a position as a Civil Engineer at Loiederman Soltesz Associates, where Gina designed stormwater facilities, and an administrative role at Egan, Berger & Weiner, LLC. Gina's design expertise extends to working with the Roanoke City Council on sustainable waterbody projects and conducting research at Virginia Tech, where Gina earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems Engineering with a focus on Land and Water Resources Engineering.
