Theresa Parsley has extensive experience in public service and project management, having held various positions since 1990, with a strong focus on administrative operations, strategic planning, and organizational efficiency. Currently serving on the Board of Appeals in the City of Rocklin since June 2014, Theresa has successfully completed multiple terms and is actively involved in strategic planning for the Sierra Nevada Conservancy. Previous roles include Consulting Staff Manager at the California Department of Managed Health Care, where Theresa led efforts in HR and special projects, and Administrative Chief at the Sierra Nevada Conservancy, overseeing comprehensive administrative functions. With a background that encompasses project management and policy development in environmental and governmental contexts, Theresa has effectively contributed to several significant initiatives throughout their career.
