Alecia Stepler is a seasoned professional in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with a strong background in project management and analysis. Since October 2015, Stepler has served as GIS Project Manager and Sr. Engineering Tech. in GIS Asset Management for the City of Rockford, Illinois. Prior experience includes working as a Catastrophe Modeling Senior Analyst for Allstate Financial Services, LLC, and as a GIS Analyst at the Advance Geospatial Laboratory at Northern Illinois University. Stepler also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at Northern Illinois University and led the SHINE Band at First United Methodist Church of DeKalb. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology/GIS from Northern Illinois University, completed in 2011.
