Rachel McPhee is an experienced professional in environmental and engineering fields with a strong focus on compliance and inspections. Currently serving as an Engineering Technician for the City of Rochester, MN since April 2022, Rachel is responsible for inspecting utility installations and performing permit inspections. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Specialist 2 at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, a Paraprofessional at Minnetonka Public Schools, and various positions with the Three Rivers Park District. With a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Manitoba and currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Metro State University, Rachel combines practical experience with academic knowledge in public administration.
