Brett Jenkinson is an experienced engineering project manager currently serving in the Public Works department of the City of Rochester, MN, since September 2015. Prior to this role, Brett held various key positions in the U.S. Army, including J3 Operations Officer and Chief of G3 Future Operations for XVIII Airborne Corps in Afghanistan, Brigade Deputy Commander for the 82nd Airborne Division, and Battalion Commander for the 1st Infantry Division. Additional military experience includes serving as Chief of the National Intelligence Support Team at the Defense Intelligence Agency and various leadership roles within the 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment. Brett holds a Master of Science degree from National Intelligence University, a Master of Military Arts and Science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
