Gregory Goodman currently serves as the Director of Community Support Services at the City of Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Gregory was the EnVision Center Manager at the same organization from November 2020 to February 2022. Gregory’s experience also includes a significant tenure at Dominion Youth Services, where Gregory worked as the Lead Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor from November 2008 to February 2017. Responsibilities in this role included managing a team of counselors, providing performance feedback, implementing training and development programs, and executing crisis management strategies. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Development from Central Michigan University.
