Jamie Neils has over 20 years of experience in GIS and civil engineering, currently serving as a GIS Specialist for the City of River Falls since March 2012. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining GIS data for various city departments and assigning new addresses per city policy. Previous roles include Member Services Staff at YMCA of the Fox Cities and a GIS Specialist for the City of River Falls, as well as serving as Civil Engineer/GIS Coordinator at the same city, where coordination of GIS mapping data sets for multiple city departments was key. Earlier internships as a Civil Engineering Intern at the Village of Howard provided foundational experience. Jamie Neils holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Biological Sciences from Michigan Technological University.
