Jim Wishlove is an experienced Deputy Chief with Richmond Fire-Rescue, serving since September 2009, where responsibilities include managing administration, training, facilities, strategic direction, communications, and technology needs for the fire department. Prior to this role, Jim was a Training Officer at Richmond Fire-Rescue from June 2006 to June 2009, focusing on the development and implementation of firefighting, rescue, and leadership training within the City's emergency services.
