Lynnette Lemon is an experienced professional in customer service management, currently serving as Deputy Director, Senior of Customer Service for the City of Richmond, Virginia since April 2023. Previously, Lynnette held the position of Division Manager, Customer Service at WSSC from December 2016 to March 2023, and prior roles include Interim Director and 311 Customer Service Center Manager for the City of Atlanta between May 2013 and December 2016. Additionally, Lynnette worked as Customer Service Division Manager at the Kansas City Water Department and managed the 311 team for the City of Kansas City from December 2010 to March 2012. Early career accomplishments include serving as Customer Service Supervisor at DC Water from April 2004 to November 2010. Lynnette holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
