Mike Stevens has extensive experience in urban planning, currently serving as the Planning Manager for the City of Richland since September 2018. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Senior Land Use Planner for the City of West Richland from May 2013 to September 2018, and served as a Senior Planner for Pacific County from June 1996 to May 2013. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Eastern Oregon University, where studies were completed between 1991 and 1996, and graduated from Pine Eagle High School in 1991.
