Mark Boren has extensive experience in public works and community service, currently serving as a Public Works Specialist for the City of Richland Hills since October 2022 and also working in public works for the Town of Pantego, Texas. Previous roles include Energy Auditor at STRAND from March to June 2022 and sales at The Home Depot from March to October 2021. Mark served as an Animal Control Officer for the Town of Edgecliff Village from August 2007 until March 2021. Mark's educational background includes time at Lubbock Christian University in 1980-1981 and graduation from Permian High School in Odessa, Texas.
