Kathryn (Kay) Duffy, MPA, currently serves as an Economic Development Advisor for HdL Companies since October 2023. Previously, Kathryn has been the Development Manager for the City of Richland Hills since March 2015, acting as a staff liaison to various organizations including the planning and zoning commission and local business community. Kathryn's professional background includes roles as a Computer Software Instructor and Senior Business Analyst at American Airlines, as well as positions at Microsoft and U S WEST, where responsibilities spanned marketing, software instruction, and IT support. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas, a Graduate Certificate in Volunteer & Community Resource Management from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from The University of Tulsa.
