Noel Saldivar, MPA, FSCEO has a diverse work experience in the public sector. Noel began their career in 1997 as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the City of Richardson Texas. Over the years, they held various roles within the Fire Department, including Driver/Engineer, Captain, and most recently Battalion Chief. In their current role, Noel is responsible for managing emergency medical services as well as developing and implementing outreach strategies. In 2022, they joined Texas Health Resources as the EMS Program Manager.
Noel Saldivar, MPA, FSCEO, completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Fire Science from Waldorf University from 2012 to 2014. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a field of study in Public Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their degrees, Saldivar holds various certifications including Fire Service Chief Executive Officer (FSCEO) from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service - TEEX, Hazardous Materials Technician from the Texas Commission on Fire Protection, Licensed Paramedic from the Texas Department of State Health Services, and certifications such as Local Government Management - Graduate Certificate, Master Fire Instructor, and Master Firefighter from the relevant institutions and authorities.
