Stephen Erlandson, MBA, CMA, CFE, serves as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Rialto since November 2019, providing high-level administrative support to the City Administrator and overseeing city functions in their absence. Concurrently, Stephen holds a position as a part-time Accounting Instructor at Santa Ana College since June 2012, teaching fundamental accounting principles to undergraduate business students. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Finance/City Treasurer for the City of Laguna Niguel and as the Interim City Manager for the City of Redondo Beach, where responsibilities encompassed financial management, departmental oversight, and staff training. Before these roles, Stephen was an Audit Senior at Moreland & Associates, Inc., focusing on financial audits. Stephen earned both an MBA and a BA in Business Administration/Accounting from Cal State Fullerton.
