Theresa Jones, P.E., M.S., serves as a Senior Engineer at the City of Reno since March 2015, specializing in Utility Services with responsibilities that include managing Flood and Drainage, the Truckee Meadows Storm Water Program, and the Bridge Maintenance Program. Prior experience includes roles as a Bridge Inspection Team Leader at the Nevada Department of Transportation, where duties involved bridge inspection scheduling and maintenance recommendations, and as a Project Manager in Water Resources at Atkins. Theresa also held the position of Senior Hydraulic Engineer at the Nevada Department of Transportation and worked as a Staff Engineer at Lumos & Associates. Academic credentials include a Master’s of Science in Hydrology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both obtained from the University of Nevada, Reno.
