John "SHEP" Shepard currently serves as the City of Redmond Public Works Asset Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining the City's Asset Management program, which encompasses various areas such as facilities assessments, pavement management, traffic engineering, and water quality systems. Prior to this role, John served in various capacities at King County, including Building Operations Section Assistant Manager and Maintenance Planner/Compliance Coordinator. John also held significant management positions at Heritage Bank NW, overseeing operations for multiple retail and support facilities, and has project management experience from earlier roles at Donovan Brothers and BPCI.
