Heather Cassaro has over two decades of experience in communications and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and IT for the City of Redmond, Oregon since February 2012, Heather oversees various aspects of public information and technology initiatives. Prior to this role, Heather was the Marketing Director at the Redmond Chamber of Commerce & CVB from September 1996 to February 2012, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies and enhancing community engagement.
