Leigh-Ann Martin has over 28 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and planning services, primarily with the City of Red Deer since November 1997, where roles have included GIS Supervisor, GIS Solutions Coordinator, Graphics Administrator/GIS Coordinator, GIS Analyst, and Graphics Designer. Prior experience includes working as a Planning Technician for Parkland Community Planning Services from June 1995 to November 1997. Leigh-Ann Martin earned a degree in Urban and Regional Planning Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) from 1991 to 1993.
