Danielle Meger is an accomplished IT Project & Business Support Coordinator with extensive experience in municipal project management and geographic information systems. Currently employed by the City of Red Deer since January 2017, Danielle develops and executes IT project portfolio management strategies while facilitating resource allocation across multiple initiatives. Prior roles include consulting on land information systems and serving as a Business Strategist for the City of Calgary, where Danielle led significant projects such as the Customer Service Delivery Framework and a Customer Relationship Management system. With a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Applied Geographic Information Systems from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Danielle combines strong educational credentials with a proven track record of enhancing municipal processes and fostering team collaboration.
