Shawn Aulgur, IPMA-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Raymore, Missouri, since October 2013, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at ThyssenKrupp Access, from 1988 to October 2013, where Shawn contributed to HR management for both the Corporate and Manufacturing segments of the business, and also held the title of Human Resources Manager. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Achievement in Human Resources Management and Services from Villanova University, completed in 2009-2010, and studies at Grand Valley State University from 1982-1983.
