Donavon S. has over 36 years of experience in the water production and treatment industry. Currently serving as a Reservoir Tender at the City of Rapid City since June 1997, Donavon supervises operations at an 8 million gallon per day drinking water treatment plant and supports city supervisors and engineers in expanding the distribution system. Prior to this role, Donavon worked from 1987 to 1995 at Kingbrook Rural Water System, beginning as an inspector for new construction and advancing to the operations staff. Donavon holds education from Mitchell Technical College, completed between 1984 and 1985.
