Clarence de Guzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community health, civic engagement, and program management. Currently serving as a Management Analyst II for the City of Rancho Cucamonga, Clarence de Guzman has successfully organized community participation initiatives, fostered multisectoral collaboration, and implemented strategies for health and sustainability.
