Clarence de Guzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community health, civic engagement, and program management. Currently serving as a Management Analyst II for the City of Rancho Cucamonga, Clarence de Guzman has successfully organized community participation initiatives, fostered multisectoral collaboration, and implemented strategies for health and sustainability. Previously, as Program Manager at Family Service Association, Clarence de Guzman directed public health programs, focusing on Type 2 diabetes prevention and food insecurity solutions. Additional roles include a field researcher for the World Health Organization, outreach coordinator at Georgetown University, and various positions in public health and community service organizations. Clarence de Guzman holds a Master’s Degree in Global Health from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Geography from the University of California, Berkeley.
