Beth Morris currently serves as a Senior IT Communications Analyst for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, focusing on developing and leading the communications strategy for the Information Technology Department. Prior to this role, Beth was the Associate Director of Communications and Creative Services at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where oversight of marketing, public relations, and project management efforts occurred. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing at Mayland Community College and working as a Reporter/Photographer for the Mitchell News Journal. Academic credentials encompass a Master’s degree in Journalism from The University of Memphis and multiple graduate-level certificates in areas such as Digital Communication, Strategic Communication, and Online Learning.
