Michael Mashburn serves as the City Manager for the City of Princeton, Texas, since January 2024, where responsibilities include the daily administration of city operations and budget preparation. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at the City of Farmers Branch, including Deputy City Manager, where oversight of department activities and strategic planning was key. Michael also has experience as the Director and Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation, managing multiple divisions and promoting tourism. Earlier experience includes management roles at the City of Keller, overseeing operations at The Keller Pointe recreation facility and supervising staff. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from UT Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure Studies with a minor in Business Administration from California State University.
