Rosa Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in planning, event coordination, marketing, and human resources management. Currently serving in the Planning and Development department for the City of Norfolk, VA, and as a Commissioner for the Portsmouth Museum and Fine Arts, Rosa emphasizes the importance of arts and culture in community engagement and economic development. As the Director of Marketing and Development for Hampton Roads United INC., Rosa implements marketing strategies for youth sports.
