Brian DeLatte has extensive experience in municipal management and civil engineering. Currently serving as Deputy City Manager and previously as Assistant City Manager for the City of Portland, Texas, Brian oversees eight departments with a focus on capital improvement projects and community development. Prior roles include City Engineer, responsible for various municipal operations with a substantial budget, and Manager of Precision Civil Design Group, a consulting engineering firm. Brian also gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer at Freese and Nichols, contributing to numerous projects across multiple states. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
